Show Elks Club Launch New Youth Activity Contest The Cedar City Elks Lodge has started another youth activity, announcing a Youth Leadership Scholarship contest, in which local, lo-cal, stal and national prizes will be awarded. The Cedar City lodge invites participation of the young peopli of all southern Utah. Lo-' cal prizes will be given, and the local winner will be entered in the state contest, and the state winner will then be eligible to compete on a national basis. Any young person who will not reach his or her 19th birthday before September 1, 1951, is eligible eli-gible lo compote. It is not necessary neces-sary to be a student in any school. The only limitations are on ago, and leadership of any type will be considered by the judges in selecting award winners. win-ners.
