Show Margielee Macfarlane Becomes Bride in Temple Rites f - w i v '' J I . A; - . : MARGIELEE MACFARLANE Mr. and Mrs. J. Sinclair Macfarlane Mac-farlane announce the marriage of their daughter. Miss Margielee Macfarlane, to George W. Howell, a son of Mrs. Vida Howell of To-catelio, To-catelio, Idaho. The wedding took place Friday, Mar. 12, in the Salt Lake Temple, with President El Ray Christiansen Christian-sen officiating at the ceremony. The family of the bridegroom entertained immediate family members at a breakfast at the Dool House in Salt Lake City following fol-lowing the ceremony. Prior to her marriage, Miss Macfarlane was entertained by Miss Karen Froyd at a bridal shower, Mar. 4, and a trousseau tea given by her mother, Mar. 6. Mrs. Macfarlane was assisted in preparation for the tea by Mrs. Albert Cane and Mrs. Glen Froyd. The bride was a popular student stu-dent at the Cedar City High School, where she was prominent promin-ent in extra curricular activities. activi-ties. Following her graduation she entered the Holy Cross nursing nurs-ing school In Salt Lake City where she has been training since. The groom is a graduate of the Pocatello High School, and for some time has been working as an accountant for the United States Steel corporation. Mr. and Mrs. Howell will make 'their home in Salt Lake City. |
