Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property proper-ty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder without warranty as to title, ti-tle, possession or encumbrances, at the north front door of the Davis County Courthouse, State and Main Streets, Farmington, Utah the 7th day of December, 1990, at 2:30 o'clock p.m., of said day: Situated in the County of Davis, State of Utah, more particularly described as follows: All of Lot 12, HEATHER HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, a subdivision of part of Section 26, Township 5 North, Range 2 West, Salt Lake Meridian, in the City of Sunset, according to the official plat thereof. Commonly known as 1748 North 400 West, aka 1748 North Douglas Drive, Sunset, Utah 84015. The Trust Deed being foreclosed in Book 1 107, at page 2, will sell at public pub-lic auction to the highest bidder, the interest in-terest conveyed to the Trustee by said Trust Deed in and to the property therein mentioned and described, located at 584 West 2400 North, Layton, Utah, and being more particularly par-ticularly described as follows: All of Lot 42, PLEASANT HILLS PLAT "B", a subdivision subdivi-sion in the City of Layton, Davis County, Utah, according i to the official plat thereof. Purchase price payable at the time and place or sale in lawful money of the United States. The sale will be made without covenant or warranty regarding title, possession or encumbrances, encum-brances, for the purpose of paying the obligation secured by such Trust Deed, including fees, charges and expenses ex-penses of the Trustee, sums, if any, expended under its terms thereof, and interest thereon.
