Show MFS warns customers Mountain Fuel Supply Company urges customers to beware of unethical individuals posing as Mountain Fuel representatives or furnace contractors. Mountain Fuel encourages customers to ask to see proper identification iden-tification from anyone claiming to be a furnace contractor or Mountain Fuel representative. Mountain Fuel service technicians have company identification and do not ask for money at the door. " Customers who are contacted by individuals claiming to represent Mountain Fuel should not hesitate tct call the company for verification," verifica-tion," said Louise Jacobsen, Mountain Moun-tain Fuel spokesperson. : "Every year we receive reports of people being taken advantage of by unethical individuals who either fail to perform promised services or ! who do a slipshod job that leaves appliances in an unsafe condition," ! she said. I r !A spokesperson for Mountain Fuel stated, "Recently, we received reports that someone posing as a Mountain Fuel employee telephoned telephon-ed customers and instructed them to leave their homes because there was a natural gas leak in their area. "Mountain Fuel Personnel do not make such customer contacts by telephone. If a problem exists, Mountain Fuel employees make on-site on-site contact with affected customers." |
