Show NOTICE OF I TRUSTEE'S SALE I The following described property, I situated in Davis County, State of Utah, I will be sold at public auction to the I highest bidder, payable in lawful money I of the United States at the time of sale, I at the north front entrance steps of the I Davis County Courthouse, 28 East State I Street, Farmington, Davis County, Utah I on December 11, 1990, at 8:15 a.m. for I the purpose of foreclosing that certain I Trust Deed With Assignment of Rents, f recorded August 24, 1987, in the official offi-cial records of Davis County, State of Utah, as Entry No. 799191, in Book 1189, Page 827, executed by Lester S. Williams and Florinda E. Williams, (husband and wife), as Trustors, in which Associated Tide Company was named as the Trustee and United Savings Sav-ings and Loan Association, was named as the original Beneficiary, but the beneficial interest therein having been acquired by the Resolution Trust Corporation, Cor-poration, as Conservator for Mid Kansas Kan-sas Savings and Loan Association, F.A., covering real property located at Davis County, Utah, and more particularly described on the attached Exhibit "A."
