Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property, situated in Davis County, State of Utah, will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, at the north front entrance steps of the Davis County Courthouse, 28 East State Street, Farmington, Utah on Monday, December 3, 1990, at 8:30 a.m. for the purpose of foreclosing that certain Trust Deed With Assignment of Rents, recorded April 13, 1982 in the official records of Davis County, State of Utah, as Entry No. 613053, in Book 899, Page 108, executed by Jamcash Company, a Utah Partnership, and Calvin E. Clark and Paul R. Green, as Trustors, in which Backman Title Company was named as the Trustee and Home Savings Sav-ings and Loan was named as the original Beneficiary, but the beneficial interest therein having been acquired by the Resolution Trust Corporation, as Conservator for Home Savings Bank, , F.S.B., covering real property located in Davis County, Utah, and more particularly par-ticularly described on the attached Exhibit Ex-hibit "A" EXHIBIT "A" Beginning at a point 127 821 rods South along the Section Sec-tion line from the Northeast comer of section 34, Township 2 North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Meridian, in the City of Woods Cross, and running thence South 431.75 feet along the east line of said section; thence North 89 degrees 4831" West 5044.59 feet along a line parallel to the North Nor-th line of said section; thence North 43 1 .75 feet; thence South 89 degrees 4831" East 5044.59 feet parallel to the North line of said Section to the point of beginning, containing 50.0 acres, more or less.
