Show EXHIBIT "A" NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property proper-ty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 27th day of November, 1990, at 9:30 a.m., at the North front door of the main entrance of the County Courthouse, Comer of State and Main, Farmington, in the County of Davis, State of Utah, by Fleet Mortgage Corporation, as the current Beneficiary, under the Deed of Trust made by Mark A. Thompson and Kathryn M. Thomp- . son, as Trustor, recorded February 1 1th, 1987 as Entry No. 0772658, in Book 1144, at Page 531, of the official records of Davis County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of Concord Con-cord Mortgage Corporation, by reason of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded July 25, 1990, as Entry No. 897381, in Book 1362, at Page 485, of said official records. Trustee will sell at public auction to highest bidder in cash, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, the following described property: All of Lot 4, WOODRJDGE ESTATES NO. 1, according to the official plat thereof. Also: Beginning on the South line of a street at the Northwest comer of Lot 4, WOODRJDGE ESTATES NO. 1, a subdivision of part of Section 23, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Meridian; and running thence South 8 degrees 28'50" East 134.57 feet to the Southwest corner of said lot; thence south 75 degrees 26'42" West 8.04 feet; thence North 8 degrees 28'50" West 137.58 feet to the South line of said street; thence South 83 degrees 20'50" East 8.29 feet along said street to the point of beginning.
