The former LDS j chariel. now privately owned and I occupiecf by Glenn Maughan, has I 1 generated a number of complaints I I from neighbors and residents who 1 claim that the property has become ( an eyesore and is reducing property jN'--tvalues in the area. I Maughan has done some cleanup I of the property and did remove I several trailers that violated Farm- I ingtoR City codes. I Currently, the city is working on I an agreement that would allow j Maughan to finish a retaining wall I on th property. Construction of the I wall has been held up because of I disagreements with the city over I codes and designs. I ; The city has been in contact with I - Maughan several times recently I about the wall and street im- provements for the area, and hopes to have a signed agreement within a I week or so.
