Show public hearing at the regular meeting of the City Council at 7:00 p.m. on September Sep-tember 6, 1988, at the regular meeting place of the City Council at 20 South Highway 89, North Salt Lake, Utah. The purpose of the hearing is to provide pro-vide a reasonable opportunity for interested in-terested individuals to express their views, both orally and in writing, on the proposed issuance by the City of its Industrial Development Revenue Refunding Re-funding Bonds (Zions Bancorporation Project) Series 1988 ("Bonds") to refund re-fund all of the City's $520,000 Industrial Indust-rial Development Revenue Bonds (Zions Utah Bancorporation Project) Series 1981 previously issued to provide pro-vide funds to finance the costs of certain cer-tain business and commercial facilities used primarily as banking facilities for Zions Bancorporation (formerly Zions Utah Bancorporation) and Zions First National Bank. Such facilities consist of an approximately 3,000 square foot building located at 870 North Highway 91, North Salt Lake, Utah 84054, and are owned by Zions Bancorporation. All or a portion of such facilities will be leased by Zions Bancorporation to Zions First National Bank. The maximum max-imum aggregate face amount of Bonds proposed to be issued by the City is $520,000. At the time and place fixed for the public hearing, all interested persons will be given an opportunity to express their views orally or in writing on the proposed issuance of the Bonds by the City and on the refunding to be accomplished accom-plished from the proceeds of the Bonds as described above. Subsequent to the hearing and in satisfaction of the requirements of Section Sec-tion 147(0 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, the City Council will take action on the approval of the issuance of the Bonds by the City. Written comments may also be submitted sub-mitted to the City Council at its office located at 20 South Highway 89, North Salt Lake, Utah, until the conclusion of said hearing. WOOD City Recorder Published in the Davis County Clipper on Aug. 3, 1988 Issue No. 26 C-442 CITY OF NORTH SALT LAKE, DAVIS COUNTY, UTAH NOTICE OF BONDS TO BE ISSUED AND NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice of Bonds to be Issued PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the provisions of Sections 11-17-16, 11-17-16.1 and 11-27-4, Utah Code Annotated 1953, as amended, that on August 2, 1988, the City Council of the City of North Salt Lake, Davis County, Utah ("City"), adopted a resolution ("Resolution") authorizing the issuance of the City's Industrial Development Revenue Refunding Re-funding Bonds (Zions Bancorporation Project) Series 1988 ("Bond"). The Bonds are being issued to provide funds for the purpose of refunding an issue of the City's $520,000 Industrial Development Revenue Bonds (Zions Bancorporation Project) Series 1S( Vhich were issued to finance the coVrff certain business and commercial commer-cial facilities in the City for-use by Zions Bancorporation (formerly Zions Utah Bancorporation) and Zions First National Bank. The principal users of the facilities are Zions Bancorporation, Zions First National Bank, and their successors and assigns. Portions of the facilities may be leased to other tenants from time to time. The Bonds are to be issued in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $520,000, shall mature not later than December 1, 1993, and shall bear interest at a rate not to ex-wed ex-wed ten percent (10), and are to be sold at a discount from par, expressed as a percentage of principal amount, of not to exceed three percent (3) (exclusive (ex-clusive of any original issue discount). The Resolution and the other documents docu-ments necessary to issue the Bonds and accomplish the refunding, consisting of an Indenture of Trust, a Financing Agreement, and an Escrow Agreement (collectively, "Financing Documents"), Docu-ments"), are on file in the office of the c'ty Recorder of the City and are available avail-able for public inspection during regular regu-lar business hours of the City for a Period of at least 30 days after publication publica-tion of this notice. During such 30-day Period, any person in interest shall nave the right to contest the legality of the Resolution, the Financing Documents, Docu-ments, the Bonds, or any provisions made for the security and payment of such Bonds.
