Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 25th day of August, Au-gust, at 10:00 a.m. at the north main door of the Davis County Courthouse located at 50 East State, Farmington, Davis County Courthouse located at 50 East State, Farmington, Davis County, Utah, for the purpose of foreclosing a Trust Deed executed by Donald R. Jackson and Pauline B. Jackson, as Trustors, in favor of Utah Housing Finance Fi-nance Agency, as Beneficiary, which Trust Deed was recorded March 23, 1979, as Entry No. 526340, in Book 759, at Page 223, of the official records of the Davis County Recorder, covering cover-ing real property located at 1676 North 350 West, Sunset, in Davis County, State of Utah 84015, and more particularly particu-larly described as follows: All of Lot 11, Block 4, RAYMOND SHUPE SUNSET ADDITION, according to the official plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder of Davis County, State of Utah. Notice of Default was recorded April 15, 1988 as Entry No. 0821989, in Book 1229, at Page 202, of said official records. re-cords.
