Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 16th day of August, Au-gust, 1988, at 12:00 noon at the front door of the Davis County Courthouse, corner of State and Main Street, Farmington, Farm-ington, Utah, in the County of Davis, by Bank of Utah of Salt Lake City, as Trustee, under the Deed of Trust made by KENT M.DAVIS and MARNELL M. DAVIS, as Trustors and recorded the 11th day of March, 1985, as Entry No. 0696438, Book 1025, Pages 1109, 1 1 10, 1 1 1 1 and 1 1 12 of Official Records in the office of the County Recorder of Davis County, State of Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of BANK OF UTAH, Salt Lake City, Utah, by reason of the breach of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded March 21st, 1988 as Entry 0819307 in Book 1224 at Page 414 of said Official Records. Trustee will sell at public auction auc-tion to the highest bidder for cash, payable pay-able in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty war-ranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, encum-brances, the following described property prop-erty at 1642 North Stayner Drive, Farmington, Utah in the County of Davis, State of Utah; All of Lot 64, OAKRIDGE VILLAGE VIL-LAGE SUBDIVISION NO. 6, according to the official plat thereof, on file and of record in the Davis County Recorder's Office. for the purpose of paying obligations secured by said Deed of Trust including fees, charges and expenses of Trustee, advances, if any, under the terms of said Deed, interest thereon and the unpaid un-paid principal of the Note secured by said Deed of Trust with interest thereon there-on as in said Note and by law provided.
