Show EXHIBIT "A" NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property proper-ty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 31st day of August, Au-gust, 1988, at 9:00 a.m., at the North front door of the main entrance of the County Courthouse, Corner of State and Main, Farmington, in the County of Davis, State of Utah, by LINCOLN SERVICE CORPORATION, as the current Beneficiary, under the Deed of Trust made by MARTHA E. HART-MAN, HART-MAN, A MARRIED WOMAN, as Trustor, recorded December 20, 1984 as Entry No. 690590, in Book 1017, at Page 370, of the official records of Davis County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of NEWTREND MORTGAGE, INC., by reason of certain cer-tain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded March 23, 1988, as Entry No. 819605, in Book 1224, at Page 1026, of said official offi-cial records. Trustee will sell at public auction to highest bidder in cash, payable in lawful law-ful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, the following described property: Beginning 114.5 feet North 0 degrees 04'50" West from the North line of 400 North Street, on the West line of the property conveyed to Frank W. Burning-ham, Burning-ham, et ux, by Warranty Deed recorded December 2, 1965, in Book 333 of Official Records, Page 176, 82.0 feet East of the West line of Lot 2, Block 56, Plat "A", Bountiful Townsite Additional Addi-tional Survey, extended which point is North 0 degTees 20' East 168.45 feet along the monument line of 200 East Street and East 1 18.45 feet, more or less, from a Bountiful City Intersection Monument at 400 North and 200 East Street, and running thence South 0 degrees 04'50" East 1 14.45 feet along a line 82.0 feet East of the West line of said Lot 2, to the North line of 400 North Street; thence West 86.44 feet, more or less, along the North line of said Street to the East line of 200 East Street; thence North 0 degrees 25" East 114.45 feet along the East line of said Street; thence East 85.45 feet more or less, parallel to the North line of 400 North Street to the point of beginning.
