Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, at the front steps of the Davis County Courthouse at 50 East State Street, Farmington, Utah, on Tuesday, August 23, 1988 at 1:00 p.m. of said day for the purpose of foreclosing a Deed of Trust dated June 24, 1980 and recorded June 25, 1980 as Entry No. 567507 in Book 828 at Page 766 in the Records of Davis County, State of Utah, executed by RICKIE D. PRATHER, as Trustor, in favor of American Savings and Loan Association, as Trustee and Beneficiary, Benefici-ary, covering the real property located at approximately 453 North 400 East, Unit 5A, Bountiful, Utah, and more particularly described as follows: All of Unit A, in Building 5, as shown on the Record of Survey Map of COLONIAL GARDENS GAR-DENS CONDOMINIUMS, recorded re-corded July 19, 1979, as Entry No. 538651 in Book 780 Page 891 of Official Records, and as defined de-fined and described in the Declaration De-claration of Covenants, Conditions Condi-tions and Restrictions of the COLONIAL GARDENS CONDOMINIUMS, CON-DOMINIUMS, recorded July 19, 1979, as Entry No. 538652 in Book 780 at Page 892 of Official Records of Davis County, Utah. Together with an undivided interest in-terest in and to the common area as the same is established and identified in the Map and Declaration Declar-ation referred to hereinabove. Together with and subject to easements through said Unit, appurtenant to the Common Area and all other Units, for the support and repair of said Unit, of the common area, and all other Units, as of record.
