De Sliirla is charged with, having visited several houses in the city, including that of Jack Vincelle at 213 West Fourth South street on May 8. and obtained liquor by saying say-ing he was a government officer and came to confiscate the wet goods. In this manner he ia said to have obtained ob-tained fourteen cases of whisky.
