This is another Issue that has been submitted to the collector col-lector of internal revenue lor a decision. So far, no ruling has been announced. The following is a text of the memorandum memor-andum on the subject submit led to Collector Col-lector Roper on May 1. "During the passover holidays It is a custom among Uil: Jews lo btev a wine known as 'Ait-ad.' The wine is made from grapes and honey.
