NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS. Sealed proposals will be received at the office of the state road commission, state capltol building, Salt Lake Citv, according accord-ing to plans on lile in the oftice above mentioned, until 2 p. m. June K, 1919, for grading and paving with cejnent concrete con-crete six inches to eight inches thick, or two-inch bituminous top on a four-inch to six-inch concrete base, on the following follow-ing state roads: (1) From the north city limits of Logan to the north city limits of Smithfield Cache county, Utah, a distance of 6.3 miles. (2) From the end of the present paving neer the sugar factory to the south city limits of Wellsville, Cache county, Utah, a distance of 8.13 miles. Instructions to bidders, together with plans, specifications, form of contract and bond may be obtained at the office of the state road commission on depositing five dollars ($o.00) per set. The state road commission has and hereby retains the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept any bid which it deems best, and waive minor defects. STATE ROAD COMMISSION. By Ira R.
