CITY FATHERS VOTE MONEY FOR FLOWERS The city commission appropriated ?aO yesterday to the Daughters of the Utah Indian War Veterans to finance decoration decora-tion of 150 members of the "Utah Militia'' Mili-tia'' on Memorial day. Card club licenses were granted on the recommendation of J. Parley White, chief of police, for the Oriental cafe, 7 4 West Second South street and Linden & Holm, is Kast Second South street. Mrs. J. M. Kddington was accorded a license to conduct con-duct a ruommg house at 127J, South Main strpet. William St. John was appointed a patrolman pa-trolman of tiie first grade in the police department, on the recommendation of Chief White, and J. J. Duffee a patrolman uf the second grade.
