Efforts will be fade by Utah delegates dele-gates from tUc Knights of Pythias lodge to the 1020 convention iu Minneapolis Minne-apolis to secure tlie 1922 caucus for Salt Lake. This was determined during dur-ing the closing session of the Utah grand lodge held vesterdav afternoon in the Knights of pvthias clubroonis, 58 East Third South street. Delegates were instructed to use every possible inducement to convince the members of the supreme l"cige that Salt Lake is the logical and ideal place to hold the 1922 lodge sessions. If 1 he members are successful, it is said that more than 700 officers of the lodge will come to Halt Lake front all over-the United States to attend the convention. Election of officers was held during the afternoon session. Officers of the grand lodge for tho coming year are: 'l.. N. l oil, Ogden, supreme representative; William Waters. Wat-ers. Midvale, grand chanetllor: Ueorge Collmgham. Sunnvside, grand vice chancellor; chan-cellor; Arthur ilarsh, Magna, grand prelate; W'. L. Underwood, Ugdcn, grand keeper of record and seal; S. D. Hideout. Ogden, grand master of the exchequer; Prank M. Manning, Salt Lake, grand master at arms; D. C. Turner, Salt Lake, grand inner guard; Theodore Marx, Bingham, grand outer guard; II. II. McCartney, Park City, grand trustee. Next vcar's session of the grand lodge wi'll be held in Salt Lake. |
