Show OFFICIALS TO MEET TELEPHONE WORKERS PORTLAND, Me., March 8. Assurance that the telephone employees may negotiate nego-tiate with telephone company officials or with postoffice department officials at Washington regarding wage or other demands, de-mands, was given Governor Car! E. Mini-ken Mini-ken at a conference with Postmaster General Gen-eral Burleson, it was learned here today.
