ISonnevillo pavilion is a wonderland of motor cars and motor car accessories all harmoniously placed, and forming a tutting that will appeal to tho esthetic tastes of the most critical. Those of a practical turu of mind will discover in tho decorative scheme and tho arrangement arrange-ment of displays an attempt to bring out the distinctive features of all the cars and auto furnishings in tho mos-t pleasing way, and ut , tun same time preserve the (treat idea of the show tho complete come-back of tho automobile automo-bile game. Auto Show Booths. As in former years, the main floor space has been allotted to the exclusive use of tho automobile distributors. Hero are assembled eighteen displays of Salt Lake's best known niakos of cars. First at the right is the (J. A. Quigley. booth, whoro the Chandler and the i-nandard-S will bo shown. Xext comes the Stiulcbakor company with tho now series models, and immediately back of this booth tho Browning company is displaying dis-playing tho Overland and the Willys-Kinght; Willys-Kinght; also trucks. . The Utah-Idaho Motor Car Company is at tho rear end of this right-side row, and will display tho Oldsiuobile, Maxwell Max-well and Premier. The Hylaud Motor company is just north of tho Utah-Idaho with a display of Hupmobilo and Stutz passenger cars and a Garford truck. Xext in direction of the entrance will be found the Taylor Motor company's display of tho Chalmers Chal-mers car, each model being equipped with the famous "Hot Spot" manilold. Jndd-Brower Auto company are next in lino with the famed Liberty passenger passen-ger car, and the Mercer-Jordan people come next, showing the new Mercer and Jordan 1919 models. The Inter-Mouu-tain Motor Car company are in the front of this row with the KLisselKar autos aud trucks. Across the main centor aisle to the left and at tho front is tho Sharman Auto company with latest models in Oakland and 1'ndillac passenger cars. The Franklin display is the next in line toward to-ward the rear, and tho Stnnford-Nay-Inr -Tinndman company follow .with the Picree-Arrow. A large booth has been allotted to the Pacific Nash Motor company for the display of Xash passenger cars ar.d trucks: it is next In line with tho Fiereo-Arrow Fiereo-Arrow booth, and is followed by the W. K. Levering company with the hand-Bonio hand-Bonio Marmon models. Paige cars are also at the rear and just at the left of the Marmon booth, where the Viudel-Madsen Sales company com-pany have sot up a fine display. . .See the new Fssoi car, the Dodge and the Hudson in the next booth. This is the Potterill showing and is to be made most complete. Then comes the Chevro7 , let booth with several nifty models, and the Orady Motor compauv occupies the left-hand space at the front of this line, with the Reo passenger cars and truck and the Duplex. Left Side1 Booths. On the left from the entrance to the pavilion will be found the following displays, ranging from front to rear Purdy-Reiboy company, with the aristocrat aristo-crat of li-ht cars the new Xelson; the Strevell-Paterson company, Dread-naught Dread-naught tires and auto toggery; M. L. Graham company, Moon and Metz car3, and also the ''Mystery" car of the show; Steed brothers come next in line; then follows the Gill piston ring booth and the. General Auto Service company occupies the adjoining space; the Utah Automobile association has the next booth; A. E. Tonrssen, intermountain distributor for the Olds Motor works, occupies oc-cupies the next boorh, aDd will show a model of the new Oldsmobilo Economv truck; next in line are the Champion Spark Plug, Miller-Cahoon. with the famous fa-mous Briscoe light cor. Marron Brothers, Broth-ers, Auto Moisture Valve company. Battery Bat-tery Charging station, showing the Columbia Co-lumbia battery; Western R. S. company, H. L. Bracken, the man who grind? cylinder blocks; Baird Itimlock and tin Capital Electric company, where a unique display may be expected. Displays on Right Side. At the right of the entrance and along the side may bo found the following exhibitors: 'Landes & Co., with the Avery tractor, at the front; the Motor Mercantile company, showing all the latest in auto accessories and furnishings; furnish-ings; C. L. Beck Auto Top company; Eardley Brothers, with tho Savage tires and accessories; Victor Motor Clutch; E. D. Smith & Son, Utah Oil Kefinyig company, St. Elmo Auto Signal, Karl Winter, showing the Philadelphia Diamond Dia-mond Grid battery; Salt Luke Hardware, Hard-ware, where will be found the Pennsylvania Pennsyl-vania tiro; Veedol motor oils and auto accessories' of all kinds and utility; Edwards-Warden, with the Exide battery and qn auto ignition display; House of Hopper, White Motor "Sales company, distributors of White passenger cars and trucks; International Harvester company, com-pany, with the International truck; Moro Electric -company and the Inter-Monntain Inter-Monntain Electric company in the last booth, where the show visitors may expect ex-pect a most interesting and novel display dis-play of auto accessories and the Willard battery. |
