Show Onions, Business and Society. At this season, when the succulent young onion Is making its appearance on the tables ta-bles of rich and poor, proud and humble alike, the case of a young man in an Eastern department store la of peculiar Interest. This young man Is fond of onions, as is everybody who has bean properly brought up. He ato onions one day at luncheon, and tho floorwalker detected the odor. Tho latter theicupou informed the young man that he must eat onions no more, as tho odor was offensive to customers. A repetition repe-tition of the offense, he was told, would mean his dismissal.
