Rumors that the Harrlman interests are negotiating nego-tiating for the purchase of the Belllng-ham Belllng-ham Bay & British Columbia railroad in the State of Washington have been revived here. P. B. Cornwall, president of the Bell-ingham Bell-ingham Bay road, who is a resident of this city, today declined to affirm or deny the probable sale of his property I to the Harrlman Interests. "I know nothing of the intentions of Mr. Harrlman or the Union Pacific, ' he said.
