KENNARD June Nuptials Suzanne Lyman, daughter of Stanley I. and Lou Ann Lyman, 295 South 200 West, Kaysville, was married to Royal Christian Kennard, son of Frankland J. and Gladys Kennard, 395 East State, Farmington, Far-mington, on June 24. THE rites were performed by Seth L. Blood in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. A wedding breakfast was held at the Lindsay Gardens and a reception honored the couple that evening in the Kaysville 16th Ward meeting house. THE BRIDE selected a gown of polyester crepe, styled with a high neckline and long sleeves. The veil was trimmed with lace and seed pearls, extending ex-tending into a long train. Her bouquet was an arrangement of flowers consisting of yellow rosebuds, yellow and white daisies and light blue baby breath. The maid of honor was Cindy Lyman and bridesmaids were Kathy Lyman, Lisa Harrison, Mrs. Joseph C. Kennard, Julie Wassom and Sherri Scoffield. THE attendants' gowns were of matching yellow polyester crepe and each held a yellow rosebud. The mothers of the bride and bridegroom chose light blue polyester gowns with corsages of yellow roses and white carnations. car-nations. DUTIES of the best man were performed by Joseph Kennard, brother of the bridegroom. Ushers were Kent Lyman and Aaron Kennard. Ken-nard. The couple had a honeymoon at Sweetwater Park on Bear Lake and are now making their home at Al's Apple Acres. ROYAL Kennard filled a mission for the LDS Church to Michigan Lansing Mission. Prenuptial parties were given by Margaret Jost, Betty Jean Hill and Blanche Swallow. Cheryl Young and Norma Sanders each entertained enter-tained with a party. Suzanne Rytting and Liz Green hosted a party as did Debera Kennard and Nancy Kennard. THE newlyweds are both graduates of Davis High School and LDS Seminary, kj |
