From a normal 100 allotment of water the District has been cut 40. Since there is a 10 distribution ond (evaporation loss the District derives 54 of their allotment to be divided between now and when the drouth ends. You, ond all of our other customers who are similarly situated should also be aware of the fact that fulfilling our contractual obligations this year on even this restricted basis will exhaust our existing supply, and unless next winter and spring are unusually wet, the choncts , for any substantial deliveries to you next year are quite remote.
