Show SOCIETY Wedding at Home Is Very Prettily Arranged IX a honor of delicate white spring flowers and ferns, Miss Dora Hall becamo the bride of Walter Tracy at the, homo of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. I'. Shasta daisies and white iris were combined com-bined with palms, ferns, smilax and gold and white tulle in the house decorations 1 he wedding bower was arranged In the llvins room. The supper table had a bakct of daisies and white iris, tied with a flufty how of gold and white tulle The bride wore a dainty gown of white Georgette over white satin, with a veil caught with orange blossoms. The bridal bouquet was of bride roses and a shower of lilies of the valley. Preceding tho reremonv Miss Ruth Williams Wil-liams sang "Love's Old Sweet Song" and , "At Dawning." Miss Helen Williams played Sousa's wedding march, followed by another by Reginald Ie Kovcn, eliminating elimi-nating the classic wedding music by German Ger-man composers. The guests were received bv Mr. and Mrs L. K Hall, assisted by Mr. and Mrs. J. IT. iracy. parents of the bridegroom and by the bride's sisters, Mrs. J. H. Roe of Great Palls, Mont.; Miss Matle Hall and Miss Florence Hall. Presiding at the supper table were Mrs. J. P. Hurd. Mrs. George B. Swaner. Mrs Ross Hartwell and Mrs. Uovd Garrison. Mr, and Mrs. Tracy will spend their honeymoon In the northwest and will make a tour of Yellowstone park. The bride's going-away suit was of dark blue, with a tan vest and with hat and boots to match. The couple will make their home in this city. The midweek luncheon at the Country club yesterday proved popular. Mrs. J. l' Dunn entertained the members of the Crystal Bridge club at luncheon there, followed by bridge. Covers were laid for the club members, including Mrs. Ezra Thompson, Mrs. W. I. Snyder. Mrs. J. C. Lynch, Mrs. Bismarck Snyder, Miss Kate Halloran, Mrs. A. K. Tiernan, Mrs. F. J. Westcott Mrs. C. A. Qulgley. Mrs. Robert Peale, Mrs. Henry Welsh and Mrs. J. C. Hanchett. Sororities of the University of Utah, including the Gamma Phi, Alpha Chi, Chi Omega and Delta Epsilon, entertained at a card party and tea yesterday afternoon at the Hotel Utah. Twenty-four tables were arranged for ca.rds and tea was served at the conclusion con-clusion of the games. The testable had a basket of bridal wreath and pink roses as a centerpiece, and various spring flowers were used about the rooms re served for the entertainment. Toung girls in summer frocks added to an attractive at-tractive scene. Mrs. Ernest Gayford entertained at an informal tea yesterday afternoon at ber home, 1006 Third avenue, In honor of the faculty of Rowland Hall. The living room was decorated in Iris and red peonies, and snowballs and red peonies were used in the reception hall and dining room. A crystal vase of the peonies and snowballs was the centerpiece for the tea table. Presiding at the tea table were Mrs. George M. Bacon, Mrs. F. F.. Marcv, Mrs. Samuel R. Schmidt entertained the Busy Twelve club at luncheon, followed by a Kensington, at her home on Mead avenue yesterday. Miss May Midgley and Mrs. Frank Nickerson. Mr. and Mrs. K. R. Wheelon entertained at a dancing partv and supper last night at their home, S25 East Ninth South street, in honor of Arthur L. Duncan of the United States navy, who has just returned re-turned from service in the Adriatic. The rooms were decorated in the national colors col-ors developed with garden flowers. A. conferences at Holltster, Mo., and Provo Upper Falls, Utah. Fortune-telling booths, a minstrel show and music were features of entertainment. Tables were arranged on the lawn for refreshments. re-freshments. Garden flowers decorated the tables and the lawn was strung with Japanese Jap-anese lanterns. Music was. furnished by the Skelton trio and Miss Beth Gibson. Jensen and Mr. and Mrs. C. W. Stedman have arrived in Mt. Pleasant Pleas-ant from an automobile trip to California. Califor-nia. They will come to Salt Jake in a few weeks.
