Show Former Paragonah Resident dies Edward Morgan Edwards Jr., 87, of Napa, California, former resident of Paragonah died July 16, 1979 in Napa of natural causes. He was born November 29, 1891 in Paragonah to Edward Ed-ward Morgan and Elizabeth Richards Edwards Sr. He married Alice Belle Mc-Bride Mc-Bride in Parownn on Sept. 3, 1910. She proceeded him in death July 19, 1976 along with I wo children. Hazel and CI Word. . He was a member of the LDS Church. He loved music and the mountains and loved living in Paragonah. He worked for a lumber mill. Survivors include one son and 2 daughters: Max of Napa, Calif., Mrs. Burt (Tamson) Bringham of Anderson, Calif., Mrs. Marie LeVegue of Lake Charles, Louisianna; one grandchild, 21 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Monday July 23, 1979 in the Paragonah LDS Ward Chapel at 1:00 p.m. with Bishop Clark Lamoreaux officiating. Friends may call at the Boyer Southern Utah Mortuary in Parowan Sunday evening 7-9 and at the Paragonah Church 11:00 a.m. until time of services. Interment in the Paragonah Cemetery |
