Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of the sale, at the North main entrance, entr-ance, Davis County Courthouse, Court-house, State and Main Streets, Farmington, Utah, on June 2, 1983, at 10:30 a.m. of said day, for the purpose of foreclosing that certain Trust Deed with Assignment of Rents executed by ARNOLD GLENN JORGENSEN. an unmarried man and SANDRA LEE SCOTT, an unmarried woman, as Trustors, to UTAH TITLE AND ABSTRACT COMPANY, in favor of COM-MONWEALTH COM-MONWEALTH MORTGAGE MORT-GAGE INC. dba AMFAC MORTGAGE, covering real property located at 1821 Mark Street, Layton, Utah, and more particularly described as: Beginning at a point 9.03 feet South of the Northwest corner of Lot 187, VAE VIEW NO. 2 Amended Plat, a subdivision subdi-vision of part of Section 18, Township 4 North, Range 1 West. Salt Lake Meridian, in the City of Layton, and running thence South 85.19 feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot 187, thence East 115.0 feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot; thence North 53.65 feet along the West line of a street ; thence Northerly along the arc of a 375 foot radius curve to the right along said street to a point South 85 degrees 16 East of the point of beginning; thence North 85 degrees 16' Westll6.4feet to the point of beginning.
