Show Landmark announces groundbreaking Landmark Plaza Associates Associ-ates has announced that groundbreaking cermonies for Landmark, near Park City, will be held at noon Saturday, Sept. 24. This $200 million development is located lo-cated on a 96-acre plot at Kimball Junction. "The Landmark master plan includes condominium homes, apartments, a 560,00 square foot shopping center, motel, restaurants, theaters, as well as Holy Cross Hospital and adjacent medi-- medi-- cal offices," said Mike Milner, managing partner. Sixty condominium homes have been presold and a motel is due to break ground next spring, Milner said. Hy Saunders, managing partner, added that 936 condominium homes and apartments will be built, . with the first 120 units to be completed by mid-1984. Sanders said that the first units, known as the Powder-wood Powder-wood condominiums, will come with an amentity package including fireplaces, fire-places, cross-country ski trail, tennis courts, swimming swim-ming pool and community center with whirlpool, steam room and exercise room. "Best of all," Saunders said, "Powderwood condominiums condo-miniums are priced from $49,900 making it possible for many persons to buy who have not been able to purchase previously int eh Park City area because of high condominium prices." Also in the planning is a health care facility on 10 acres donated to Holy Cross Hospital. Holy Cross has been involved for more than seven years in providing health care to the people in Summit County. Financing for the development develop-ment is through Deseret Federal Savings and Loan Association in Salt Lake City. Project owners and developers devel-opers are Landmark Plaza Associates, Salt Lake City. Proswood, Ltd. designed and will build and manage the Powderwood Condominiums. |
