Friends in need Dear Editor: Most of the damage caused by the water main break at the Silver Queen Hotel has been repaired now and things are slowly getting back to normal. nor-mal. As I look back on that evening I remember only two feelings: the first was the feeling of helplessness I felt as I turned onto Heber Avenue from Park Avenue and saw the water running from the building; the second was the tremendous gratitude to the men and women of the Park City Fire Department Depart-ment and the many individuals who pitched in and saved most of the merchandise, mer-chandise, furniture, and fixtures in the stores. Without their help the loss would have been much greater. To those who were there, thanks so very much. Sincerely, Al Horrigan
