(By Mail) The Democratic insular convention con-vention here April 10 for the first time in the history of American politics poli-tics In tho Philippines will havo a woman sitting as.an Insular party convention con-vention delegate. Mrs.' A D. Williams has been selected as committeeman from the mountain province. Indications arc that the six delegates dele-gates to bo sent to the Democratic national na-tional convention at San Francisco from the Philippine islands will bo R. E. Manly, national committeeman, .Tustico P. Molr, E.' J. Wostorhousc, A. D. Glbbs. William II. Anderson and Dr. S. Wv Carson. Ajnoiig those mentioned men-tioned for alternates are Frank L.
