Machinery Arrives At New Sperry Mill Concrete is being poured on the third story of the new flour mill being be-ing erected by the Sperry Flour company com-pany at the foot of Twenty-ninth street, with the anticipation that the eight-story- building will be completed by the first part of July. The flour mill lies Just to the east of the new elevators, the latter being in full operation op-eration now. Milling machinery, which had been ordered far in advance', is beginning to arrive and three carloads were unloaded yesterday. It is hoped to have all tho machinery in place about next November with the intention inten-tion of bringing tho capacity up to 2500 barrels daily. Although a string of houses has been removed, two more will be taken away tomorrow to make space for the office building on which -work will start at once. The building will be two-story and an exact replica of the office headquarters head-quarters of the Seattle plant. A garage ga-rage will be erected on the south side of Twenty-ninth street and just opposite oppo-site the office. The company is surveying the regaining re-gaining ground extending to the east and on the south to Patterson avenue with the intention of laying out a baseball base-ball diamond, tennis courts and parking.
