OCR Text	Show THERE IS NO STRIKE GOMPERS DECLARES PHILADELPHIA, April 10. There is no strike of railroad men, assorted assort-ed Samuel Gompers, president of tho American Federation of Labor, here today to reporters while he was waiting wait-ing for a delayed train for New York. He was compelled to go to West Philadelphia and catch a through train from Washington. As ho swung aboard he said: 1 "Remember, there is no strike. Congress Con-gress lias prohibited strikes on tho ' railroads, but, of course, there Is no ' law to prevent Individuals from quit-th.i' quit-th.i' their jobs if they choose to do 1 so." ! Mr. Gompers would not reveal tho nature of his mission to Thlladelphla.
