Show DRAMA CLUB TO OPEN LITTLE THEATRE. When the Little Theatre opens on April 20, 21 and 22. the members of tho Ogden Drama club will present two ono-nct plays, : : Will-O-the-Wb p" fnd "Op-O-Me Thumb." Three arias will be given in costume. By special requests re-quests the members have arranged to give "Carmen" and "Thais" from the French operas. Those have been presented pre-sented before. "La Tosca" will be sung for the first time. Lester Hinchcllffe will be the piano accompanist throughout the opera scenes. Miss Mary Fi6hor will accompany accom-pany "Thais" with a violin obligate A special feature fo the evening will be the preludes and intervals, directed direct-ed by Miss Mary Fisher, with Louise Pierce Martlneau, pianist, and Axel Nylander, flutist, assisting. The purpose pur-pose of tho Drama c'.ub is the unlteu effort of many toward the study or the drama, spoken arul lyric, and to create a sympathy for the highest form of dramatic art .creating a permanent taste for good drama, and to obtain the best plays in Ogden. In the past the club has produced the following: "Song Poems of Sir Rablnderanath Ta-gore," Ta-gore," with musical settings. (Given for tho Red Cross, Weber Chapter of Ogden.) . . Alth" '"hurston French Operas in Costumo (Private Recital.) During the war the entire time of the organization wa3 given to war relief re-lief a majority of the members being in tho service. The Drama club was the first federated club in Ogden fo eliminate tho tea hour, turning the proceeds to tho war relief. Later the talent of the members lent itself to the producing of plays and mus.caies in Ogden and throughout the state for the benefit of the Red Cros3.
