Show NATIONAL FOREST TIMBER FOR SALE NATIONAL FOREST TIMBER TIM-BER SALE, THE DIXIE NATIONAL FOREST, REED VALLEY TIMBER SALE located within T37S, R8W, and T36S, R8W, Salt Lake Base and Meridian. Sealed bids will be recieved by the Forest Supervisor, Super-visor, or his authorized representative at the Office of the Forest Supervisor, Forest Service Building, Cedar City, Utah 84720, at 2 p.m., local time, on June 30, 1975, to be followed immediately by oral bidding, for an estimated 7740 cords of live and recently dead (sound sap-wood) sap-wood) timber marked or otherwise designated for cutting. The minumum acceptable bid per cord is: Aspen $.50. Additional Ad-ditional deposit required for slash disposal is $.32 per cord of all species. The bid rates will be Flat rate during the period of the sale. In addition, there is within the sale area an unestimated volume of older dead (unsound sapwood) timber of all species which will be paid for at a flat rate of $1.00 per M board feet. Required bid guarantee is $300.00. Applicable purchaser road credits are $44,575.00. There is no . purchaser credit available at advertised rates. All included timber shall be given domestic processing. Bidders are advised that violation of the domestic processing requirement constitutes con-stitutes breach of contract and may result in contract cancellation can-cellation or in refusal to award timber sales to the violator, or debarment or suspension from bidding on future timber sales. The right to reject any and all bids is reserved. Full information in-formation concerning the timber, tim-ber, the conditions of sale, and the submission of bids should be obtained from the District Ranger, Cedar City Ranger District, Cedar City, Utah; or the Forest Supervisor, Forest Service Building, Cedar City, Utah.
