LAND EXCHANGE NOTICE Notice is hereby given that Transamerica Tital Company of Show Low, Arizona, filed application ap-plication to exchange, under the Act of March 20, 1922, land for National Forest land. W-N-WiSE'4, S'-SE'i, comprising 5-40 acres, more or less, within the Dixie National Forest, Iron County, and request that they be granted in exchange not to exceed ex-ceed an equal value of National Forest land described as: T.'itiS, R7W, SL Mer. Sec. 5, NW1 ,SW',; Sec. fi, Lots 5 and (i, NE' 1SW1, N',SE'4; Sec. 8. S',N',S'SE'i; Sec. 17, N E ' i N E 1 4 , S'-N-W'4NE,, S'.NE'iNW'i, S'nNVV'.., S'uNEU; Sec. 21, SE'.,NE' .,, NE1 ,SW' i, N'jSE'.,; Sec. 2(1, Lots 4 and 5, coin-prising coin-prising 738.74 acres, more or less, within the Dixie National Forest, Kane County. The purpose of this notice is to allow all persons claiming said lands or having bona fide objections ob-jections to said exchange an opportunity to file protests with the Forest Service.
