Show Robert Frame wins special honors Utah native son, Robert M. Frame, was named Outstanding Director of Organizational Development for 1975 by the D.O. National Association in a recent convention session in Las Vegas, Nev. . Frame is Organizational Director for Northern Natural Gas Corporation, fifth largest utility corporation in the world, with headquarters in Omaha, Neb. They operate in 32 states, several foreign countries, providing gasses, liquids, and petrochemical manufactured products. He was honored for excellence in innovative programs in utilization of human resources and in organizational effectiveness. Bob attended Cedar City-schools City-schools graduating from Cedar High School and receiving an Associate Degree from Southern Utah State College. He received a BS degree from George Washington University in Washington, D C. He received his MA degree from Pepperdine University in California and is currently enrolled in a doctoral program at the University of Nebraska. His work exDerience includes positions as Personnel director for Marriott Enterprise of Washington. DC. and for Dynalection Corporation also of D.C. as well as Director of Personnel of their unit in California. For several years he was Personnel Director of Cryovac Division of the W. R. Grace Corporation in Camarillo. and for three years served as Director of Personnel of the 3.M division for computer manufacturing located in Camarrilo near Oxnard. Calif. Mr. Frame and his w ife, Nancy Pryor, and their two sons and daughter, live in Omaha. Neb. He is the eldest son of Virgie M. Frame of Provo, formerly of Cedar City, and the late Vernee C. Frame. The family is LDS. Mr. Frame is financial chairman and on the Omaha Stake High Council. Mrs. Frame is in charge of the Branch Genealogical Library and serves on the State Relief Society Board. |
