NOTICE BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT, Utah State Office, Salt Lake City, Utah Notice is hereby given that the I State of Utah, under the ( provisions of the Act of Congress approved June 21, 1934 (48 Stat ; 1185; 43 U.S.C. 871a) has filed application for the issuance of a confirmatory patent for the following-described lands granted to the State under various acts of Congress for the support of common schools- U 25950 - T.34S., R. 10 W., SL Mer., Utah. Sec. 2 and 16. All-Sec. All-Sec. 32, Lots 1, 2, W'-NF', SE'.,NE',, S'.NW'.,, sC Sec' 36, E'2l E'2NW'., Su.SVV i. T35 S., R. io w., SL Mer., Utah. Sec. 2, SNEU, S'-.; Sees. 16, 32 and 36, All. T. 34 S., r' . 11 W., SL Mer., Utah. Sec. 32, W'v. Persons asserting a claim to any of the above-described lands other than through the State, or having a bonafide objection to the proposed issuance of patent, are required to file protests or notice of their claims with the State Director, P.O. Box 11505, Salt Lake City, Utah 84111. Any claims or objections must be filed, with evidence that a copy thereof has been served on the Utah Division of State Lands, within 30 days from date of last publication indicated below. Where the State of Utah may have already transferred the lands to private ownership, the issuance of a patent will not affect the present owner's title to the lands. William G.
