Show NOTICE TO PROSPECTIVE SUBCONTRACTS SUB-CONTRACTS OF REQUIREMENTS FOR CERTIFICATION OF NONSEGREGATED FACILITIES. (1) A Certification of Nonsegregated Facilities must be submitted prior to the award of a subcontract exceeding $10,000 which is not exempt from the provisions of the equal opportunity op-portunity clause. (2) Contractors receiving subcontract awards exceeding ex-ceeding $10,000 which are not exempt from the provisions of the equal opportunity op-portunity clause will be required to provide for the forwarding of this notice to prospective subcontractors for supplies and construction contracts where the subcontracts sub-contracts exceed $10,000 and are not exempt from the provisions of the equal opportunity op-portunity clause. NOTE: The penalty for making false statements in offers is prescribed in 18 U.S.C. 1001. 12. The proposed contract is under and subject to executive Order 11246 of September 26, 1965, as amended, and to the equal opportunity clause. 13. The bidder must supply all the information required by the bid or porposal form. 14. The contract must be completed in one hundred twenty (120) working days. 15. Bidder's Bond will be accepted in lieu of certified checks, cashier's checks as bidder's assurance of good faith in submitting the bid. Such bidder's bond shall be in the amount of 5 percent of the total bid and shall be made payable to BEAVER COUNTY TREASURER. 16. BEAVER COUNTY reserves the right to reject any bid or all bids and to make the award to the most responsive low bidder in the considered best interest of the COUNTY.
