Show Van Ausdal accorded Honors B.S. degree in 1969 and an M.S. in 1972 as a marketing major. He has taught at Dixie College since 1975, instructing in-structing courses in marketing and acting as advisor to the College DECA Chapter. Last spring his marketing students swept a competition held with six other Utah colleges which resulted in Dixie being named the "Outstanding Marketing Club" of Utah. Dixie College Marketing instructor, Rich Van Ausdal, a Parowan native, has been selected to assist in directing the National Junior College Marketing competition to be held in Washington, D.C. next Spring. Van Ausdal is one of 10 college instructors in the United States chosen as Conference Lieutenants for the competition by DECA (Distributive Education Clubs of America). They will direct approximately 75 other college instructors from various parts of the country in running the conference.
