Show Spanish Fork holds Region VI lead Spanish Fork looked like they were for real this past Friday afternoon as they remained undefeated in Region VI play with a 20-0 victory over Provo. Standings through Friday's actions were as follows : Spanish Fork 4 0 Springville 4 1 Timpview 3 1 American Fork 3 1 Pleasant Grove 3 2 Dixie 1 3 Provo 1 4 Payson 1 4 Cedar 0 4 In maintaining their perfect league record Cliff Christensen set a new Dons rushing record with 258 yards. The Provo Bulldogs were held to just 32 yards rushing in the contest. In other action Payson picked up their first win of the league season with a four extra period 17-14 victory came back with 14 of their own in the fourth period and forced the overtimes. In a game played Thursday Thur-sday Timpview edged Pleasant Grove 14-6 in what was called a "Homesteading" rather than a "Homecoming" since there are no graduates from the newly created school.
