Show 1 if i New Harmony i ' By Carma Williams i Don and Bonnie Burch of j Laveen, Arizona left j Thursday after spending a week here with Wayne and 1 Linda Fenn and family. I Bonnie is Wayne's sister. Rosalie Williams, Pam 1 and Maida Christensen left Friday to spend until Sunday in Ogden. Rosalie went to visit her mother and Maida j and Pam attended an open house for Mr. and Mrs. John Fehr. Mrs. Fehr is the former Colleen Christensen. Dr. and Mrs. Wilford Berry of LaHabra, Calif. Layron and Faeone Christensen, Dale and Marjie Christensen of Henderson and Las Vegas, and Marvin Christensen of St. George were here for the Fehr Wedding. Spending the afternoon visiting Elmer and Bessie Davies and Sylva Williams were La Rae Woolsey Stockton, Calif. Javanna Willis Alenna and Plorn Williams Cedar City and LaPriel Cornelius Rockville. Correction from last week Dr. T. D. Kelly is a Lt. Colonel III Area Commander, Com-mander, Utah State Guard, not the National Guard. Bill and Frances Byrne returned home Friday after spending two weeks in Washington and Northern Calif, fishing for salmon. The opening Relief Society I Social was held Wednesday i at the Ward Cultural under the direction of some of the visiting teachers. Each Class leader gave a short talk on what they were teaching for the year. Light refreshments were served. Rick and Linda Davis Frances and children of Laws Vegas, Nev. spent a few days with their father, Dean Davis. Vicki Cornelius and son Ryan and Bernice Williams spent Thursday and Friday in Las Vegas, Nev. Mr. and Mrs. Kenny Williams and family have moved home after spending two years in Salina. Mrs. Tressa Cornelius and girls and her mother, Ula Hunting of Beryl traveled to Anaheim, Calif, to take their sister and daughter Venna Brigg and family home. Ron and Deborah Blake and children Joshua and Anisa spent Sat. and Sun. here with their parents, Chester and Carma Williams. Mrs. Tressa Cornelius and daughter Laura attended funeral services in St. George for her great uncle Levi Iverson. Some of our townspeople attended the viewing and funeral services in Cedar City for Nelson Webster. Several of the men in town participated in the Elk hunt at this writing, Jay and son Galen were successful in getting a young bull. . Ross and Opal spent several days last week in Las Vegas, Nev. with their daughter and family Richard and Cheryl Rose. |
