Show I Mrs. Don Rogers Returns from Hawaiian Tour I Pleasant memories of ten days recently spent in the Hawaiian Islands are being shared by Mrs. Don Rogers with her family and friends. Traveling to Burbank, ' Calif., Mrs. Rogers Joined the Margaret Lund tours. From Burbank the group traveled by air to Oakland to join the balance of thj group. Mrs. Rogers reports having attended at-tended sessions in the Hawaiian Temple and enjoying the hospitality hospi-tality of the LDS people at the Honolulu Stake Conference and in their homes where they were entertained. ...:. Sugar cane plantations and the National cemetery numbered among the places of interest visited vis-ited after participating in the May Day celebrations, which are similar to those observed in the states on July 4th, and hearing the first four original statehood songs publicily presented, the tour returned to the mainland. . |
