Show CEDAR CITY SOCIAL SWING Saturday evening proved to be a banner evening for those CSV faculty members and partners who were entertained by Mr. and Mrs. Theron Ashcroft and Mr. and Mrs. Harl Judd. Gathering at the CSU cabin Jn Cedax Canyon, the guests were served a delicious deli-cious dinner following which games were played and special numbers enjoyed. Hostess to the members of the Wei-Ak-Avl Club on Thursday afternoon af-ternoon was Mrs. Moroni Perry. The afternoon was pleasantly spent hearing Mrs Leslie Hahne review the documentary novel "Masters of Deceit," by J. Edgar Hoover. A delicious luncheon. served by the hostess, climaxed the afternoon. Bridge was played at the home of Mrs. Richard Gillies as she entertained en-tertained on Monday evening. Guests for the occasion were Mrs. C B. Cooley, Mrs. Donald Mathews, Math-ews, Mrs. Hazen Cooley, Miss Mary L. Bastow, Mrs. A. W. Stephenson, Mrs. V. R. Magleby, Mrs. Vern Kupfer, Mrs. Harry Plummer, Mrs. D. C Sehmutz, Mrs. Ann Gardner, Mrs. Conrad Hatch. Mrs. Kate Joseph, the hostesses hos-tesses mother from Beaver, was a special guest for the evening. High score prizes were awarded to Mrs. Harry Plummer, Mrs. Hazen Ha-zen Cooley and Mrs. Ann Gardner. |
