Calif, proposes to change the point of diversion of 4 sec. ft. of water Initiated by Application No. 16524, as evidenced by Water US ers Claim No. 1344, Escalante Valley Proposed Determination of Water Rights. The water has been diverted from a well at a point N. 80 ft and E. 80 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 29, T34S. R16W, and used from Mar. 15 to Oct 31 to irrigate 160 acres in S4 said Sec. 29. and for year-round incidental in-cidental domestic and stock-watering purposes. Hereafter, It Is proposed to divert di-vert 4' sec. ft. of water from two 16-in. wells (1) 203 ft. deep, N. 80 ft, and E. 80 ft., (2) bet. 150 and 300 ft deep. N. 80 ft. and E. 1320 ft.. both from SW Cor. Sec. 29. T34S, R16VV, and used during the same period and for the same purposes as described above.
