The win for the Broncos threw the rest of the southern division clubs into a three-way tie for second. CSU, Dixie, and Snow each ended up with records of two wins and four losses. Each of the clubs lost home and home games to Carbon, then split series with one-norher, each winning on the home field to end up with Identical records. In , defeating the Rebels the Broncos brought back the "Axe" to remain at CSU during the summer months.
