Show Plans Underway For AWS Week at College I of the CSU Division of Special Programs and Continuing Education, Educa-tion, will address the group in a special meeting Monday evening, April 13. An assembly will be presented by Chi Sigma Upsilon sorority Tuesday morning,' April 14. Open house will be held in all of the women's dormiiories that after noon from 2 to 6 p. m. Wednesday, Wednes-day, April 15, all AWS members and guests will attend a dress-up dress-up steak dinner in the CSU Cafeteria. Cafe-teria. The annual Silver Spoon Award will be presented at a special assembly Thursday evening, April Ap-ril 16 in the CSU Auditorium. The Most Preferred Man will be announced at the Preference Ball Saturday, April 18, climaxing the week's activities. Committee chairmen for AWS Week are Donl Christensen, Pleasant Plea-sant Grove; Linda Lamb, Orcier-ville; Orcier-ville; Connie Nick, Price; Mary Jane Williams, Lauren MacDon-ald, MacDon-ald, JoAnn Duncan and Mary Ann Palmer, Cedar City; Diane Lewis, Kanab; Verlene Kelsey, New Harmony; Kahiki Long, Hawaii; Ha-waii; Karen Frlcke, San Pedro, Calif., and Kathy Hansen, Spanish Span-ish Fork. I Committees are working on plans for Associated Women Stu- , dent's Week April 10 through 18 at College of Southern Utah. Dauna Savage, Antimony, AWS president and general chairman of the special week, announced that five of the state's most outstanding out-standing women will participate in symposium discussions Saturday, Satur-day, April 11. They will include I Mrs. Rose Marie Reid and Mrs. I Stella Harris Oakes, Provo; Mrs. Loretta Cline, Milford; Mrs. Jua-1 Jua-1 nita Brooks, St. George and Mrs. : Ann Leavitt, Cedar City. Other activities will include a reception for special guests and mothers of AWS members Friday, I April 10. The group will attend ! a performance of Verdi's "II Tro-vatore' Tro-vatore' 'being produced by the j College in the CSU Auditorium j that evening.
