Show Schweppe Wins Third In Judging Contest Harold Schweppe of Parowan was among the top participants in judging dairy products at the 30th annual Utah Dairy Short Course sponsored by Utah State University Extensive Services in Logan. Harold placed third in judging judg-ing Ice cream at the three-day course for dairy manufacturers, fieldmen and sanitarians. The course is designed to continually con-tinually Improve the quality of dairy products In Utah and surrounding sur-rounding states, according to A. J. Morris, course co-chairman and USU extension dairy specialist. Mr. Schweppe is the manager of the Southern Utah Dairy Cooperative Co-operative in Parowan, and attended at-tended the three day short course in company with Homer Boardman, cheesemaker at the Parowan dairy plant. |
