Show NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF MECHANICS LIEN BY ADVERTISEMENT Notice is hereby given hat, whereas the undersigned, Brad-shaw Brad-shaw Chevrolet Company, doing business at Cedar City, Utah, be-tween be-tween the dates of February 1, 1955, and March 26. 1956, duly obtained and acquired a Mechanic's Mechan-ic's Lien upon one 1940 Plymouth Coupe Automobile, Motor No. P9 305480, Serial .No. 3119731, to secure the payment of the sum of $120.00, the same being the reasonable rea-sonable value of storage of said automobile by the undersigned at the request of the legal owner of said property, namely Oliver Lee, whose last known address Is 4912 West 140th Street, Hawthorne, California; and whereas the whole of said indebtedness remains re-mains unpaid and the undersigned undersign-ed are desirous of foreclosing their said Mechanic's Lien upon said property by advertisement in accordance with the statutes in such case made and provided. NOW THEREFORE, the said property hereinbefore particularly particular-ly described will be sold, pursuant pur-suant to Section 38-2-4, Utah Code Annotated, 1933, at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, on Saturday the 14th day of April, 1956, at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M. of said day. at 360 North Main Street, In Cedar City, Iron County, State of Utah, to satisfy sa-tisfy the debt secured by said Mechanic's Lien and the costs and expenses of these foreclosure proceedings.
