Show HOEts ScCnoDacsCDDp WorainieD's The Cedar City Elks Lodge No. 1556 this week named three scholarship winners In the annual an-nual Elks Worthy Student program, pro-gram, designed to help students who have been outstanding through their high school years to continue their education. First, second and third place awards of $75.00, $50.00 and $25.00, were made to three students stu-dents gaining the highest rating among seven students who entered en-tered the contest. Miss Marba Wilson of Hatch and a student of the Panguitch high school, walked off with top honors and the $75.00 award. The young lady not only boasts an outstanding scholastic record but has been extremely active In school, church and community affairs. She is a member of a family of 13 children. Jorald Keith Lee, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ray Lee of Cedar City, gained second place honors, also scoring high on the basis of scholarship and school and community com-munity activities. Third place winner was Miss" Sandra Lang-ford, Lang-ford, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. M. B. Langford, Cedar City. Competition among these three was extremely close, and the four others were eliminated onjy by the narrowest of margins.
