Show CEDAR CHAMBER STUDIES PROJECTS AT BOARD MEETING At the regular board meeting of the Cedar City Chamber of Commerce held last Thursday evening a number of Important matters were placed on the agenda, agen-da, according to Clarence Miller, president. i Detailed Information on the development de-velopment of the new Chamber of Commerce offices were discussed dis-cussed by executive secretary Whitney Jensen, and a number of labor bills on this program were okeyed by the board. A request, presented over a month ago, for the Chamber of Commerce to establish a commit-tee commit-tee to investigate the pros and cons of the local power situation, situa-tion, was discussed. The board unanimusly voted not to establish estab-lish the committee. Action on the request was tabled during the month of March and board members mem-bers were asked to get reactions from their respective organizations organiza-tions and factions. It was reported by Whitney Jensen, executive secretary, that applications had been received for employment at the tourist booth on the city park. The board okeyed the issuance of a call for additional applications before selection se-lection of working personnel Is made.
